The thesis of this essay is that an author by the name of Dan Seitz believes that all these studies that have been done on violent video games and their affect on the adolescence of our society are unsubstantiated. I agree with his point of view because I can't find any other studies that takes into account all the other factor's that can affect a person's action's.

     I have searched and found no studies that take all those other factor's into account. It would be interesting to find some studies that have been performed by reputable people and that do take all those factor's into their studies. I agree with the author of the original article and with the above blog.
     I think that the argument that these studies are not conclusive because there not substantiated by facts are true and once again,I agree. There are to many environmental factors that are not taken into consideration. We are produces of our environment and they have a direct affect on us in many ways.
     They should be studying their subjects more in depth,if they want to come to more of an accurate conclusion. What are the circumstances in their subjects lives. Do they have any history of mental or emotional problems.What is their home environment like,have they been abused in some way. What types of relationships exist in their lives and are they healthy one's.
     Their are to many different types of influences to list,but they all can have an affect on these subjects. Therefor, how can any of these studies be complete without taking all the evidence into consideration.
     This is a very controversial subject,with a lot of opinions flying around. But until an unbiased and complete study is done,that is all these studies are,opinions. Hopefully in the future more complete studies will be conducted,and we will have more conclusive evidence.       There are many reasons why people do things,but science has a long way to go before figuring them all out.
